Information about the Payment

There are two methods of paying the registration fee and extra costs for the summer school. The payment is required to be completed by 31 May. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once we confirm your payment.

The links below allow you to pay the registration fee as well as the additional excursion and banquet fee for accompanying persons. This is for the participants living abroad, while those living in Japan are requested to pay by bank transfer. Note that the excursion and banquet for the school participant are included in the registration fee, and the additional purchases should be done only for accompanying persons if necessary. The purchase should be done only after your registration is confirmed by us and a request is sent to you by an e-mail. It will be difficult to give a refund (or at least, a commission fee will be charged); please be careful to avoid paying what you don't need.

Early Registration 22,000 JPY

This is for the participants who registered on 30 Apr or earlier. Please don't forget to give your name.

Regular Registration 28,000 JPY

This is for the participants who registered on 1 May or later. Please don't forget to give your name.

Additional Banquest 8,400 JPY

This is for accompaning persons who join the banquet (not for the participants who paid the registration fee). Please don't forget to give names of you and the accompanying person.

Additional Excursion 5,800 JPY

This is for accompaning persons who join the excursion (not for the participants who paid the registration fee). Please don't forget to give names of you and the accompanying person.

Bank transfer
