Information about Visa

The participants who need visa to visit Japan are required to make the visa application with his/her responsibility. Please check the need on the web site of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan: http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html. Invitation letter to support your application will be provided around the middle of May or possibly earlier on your request.
